Executive Cleaners
Careless, lack professionalism
“ZERO stars. Rude, do not care for customers. I entrusted them with my expensive comforter for dry-cleaning and it was damaged. They offered no recompense and made it seem somehow this was our fault. They basically washed their hands of the incident. I complained and they decided to send it to an independent garment analysis; this independent company is actually the one that sells them dry-cleaning products... They paid us damages but only after 2 months of many conversations on the phone and in person, and, finally, a threat to take legal action. (On Jan/2011 they were taken to the Sandusky Small Claims Court; they lost.) A pair of linen pants I also took there to be dry-cleaned had to be returned twice; first to have a spot removed, then to be re-ironed. Spot was gone, but I had to iron it again. Avoid them!”

“I had to rate 1 star because I had to click on a star to submit the review, I wouldn't even give this business a one star rating. We had a heating and A/C unit installed. Poor, and unprofessional installation. They left a big mess when they were done. Had to call them back a couple time and things are still not right. They never completed the installation. I was told because of the issues I would get 2 years of annual service. Free service is only good when they show up. I made numerous appointments and even took time off of work to be home and no one showed up. I was told about a rebate from Duke energy, but the paperwork was never filed. Or most likely filed by them a they kept it. Now their numbers seem to be disconnected. Go figure. I'm guessing they are out of business. They owners name is Rick Showalter. If he starts a business with a different company name, LOOK OUT, he is a liar and a crook! ”

T and N Dry Clnrs.
Pass on
“Used them for quite a while. Regularly break buttons (by cutting or disintegrating them, and always the same buttons on the shirt).\n\nShirts often have ripples pressed into them, and pant cuffs are NEVER straight.”

Budget Dry Cleaner 111
“I took a jacket to be dry cleaned on May 6, 2008. I picked the jacket up on Saturday, May 10, 2008. Before I left the store I looked at all my items and noticed my Tommy Hilfiger jacket had bled and it looked like the jacket was washed and not dry cleaned or even ironed. It looked like a old, old jacket. The clerk in the dry cleaners on May 10, 2008 told me to call back Monday, May 12, 2008 to speak with the manager. I called on Monday and spoke with Jenny, the manager and told her what the problem was. First, she stated that it was dirt on the jacket, I told her that is not dirt, look in the light it's something blue, the jacket looks like it's been washed. I stated you didn't even iron the jacket. I stated to her the jacket looks old. She then stated the jacket bled. You will not believe what came out of her mouth next. She stated to me What do you expect for a $1.99. You should have took it to another cleaners. I was so upset; I asked for the owner's name. She gave me his name but no number. I have tried calling the other locations but no luck. ”

“The store owner is very rude and doesn't know what customer service is. I dropped off a shirt to get it dry cleaned, but when I came to pick it up two days later the shirt that was given to me was not mine. When I asked to speak to a manager, a gentelman came up to me and asked if I am sure that this wasn't my shirt. I told him, yes, this is not my shirt, my shirt was gray and this one is white with red pinstripe. He then proceeded to tell me that since the tag matches the shirt even though I have the copy of the tag, he has to assume that this is not their fault. I asked him to call me once they find my shirt. I called the following day since I haven't heard from him and needed my shirt, he rudly told me that it wasn't their fault and that it is not their problem. I told him that it is their problem since the tags were messed up on their end. He said, NO I have to go by the ticket. I asked him if he is calling me a liar and does he not believe me if the shirt is not mine, and he said that I don't care because I know it's not our fault. Well I still do not have a shirt, and had to go buy a new one for the event that I needed the one that I asked to get dry cleaned. My girlfrind called and asked if the shirt is back, and the owner told her that he is hummoring me by looking for a shirt and not to call anymore and that they will call us. This is a poor customer service, the owner should be ashamed of his services and needs to admitt the fault of the cleaners and take care of customers. I will never use that place again.”
