  “I had to rate 1 star because I had to click on a star to submit the review, I wouldn't even give this business a one star rating. We had a heating and A/C unit installed. Poor, and unprofessional installation. They left a big mess when they were done. Had to call them back a couple time and things are still not right. They never completed the installation. I was told because of the issues I would get 2 years of annual service. Free service is only good when they show up. I made numerous appointments and even took time off of work to be home and no one showed up. I was told about a rebate from Duke energy, but the paperwork was never filed. Or most likely filed by them a they kept it. Now their numbers seem to be disconnected. Go figure. I'm guessing they are out of business. They owners name is Rick Showalter. If he starts a business with a different company name, LOOK OUT, he is a liar and a crook!”
