  “This cleaners is convenient to uptown residents and decent regarding dry clean services. They are not good with customer service or with their tailoring. Problems occur when service falls short and owner/employees deny any wrongdoing. Very unprofessional. I was measured here for a bridesmaid dress, the owner measured me wrong, denied that he measured me wrong (measured my waist in the wrong place and was off by 10 inches), and refused to refund me the 7$ he had charged me for measurements. He then told me that any tailoring would be full price and that it was my fault that I had ordered a dress that was too big. I had a terrible experience, was insulted by rude staff, and will never go back. So much for me going there for help with measurements!”
