Webb's Cleaning Center I Unfair Business Practice “I've been a faithful customer of Webb's Cleaning for a little over 6 years. As I was putting on my company's work shirt this morning, I noticed that there was a hole with burn marks (from the machines that they use) on the rear of the shirt. This was a new shirt (only worn 3 times). As I inspected more, I also noticed a burn mark on the bottom of the shirt. I had dropped the shirt off for same day service on yesterday and picked the shirt up about 6 pm. I didn't think much of it. I figured I would just stop by Webb's before I went to work the same day that I noticed it and they would handle it. Unfortunately, the employee and owner asked me how the hole got in the shirt, insinuating that I created the hole and burn marks. It was very obvious that this was done by one of their machings. After about 5 minutes of going back and forth, the owner finally said that she would give me a certain percentage of how much I paid for the shirt as store credit. If she would have agreed to give the a store credit for the full amount of the shirt, then the experience would have been better and she probably would not have lost a loyal customer. I will never go back to this business or refer anyone. \n”
