Fifth Avenue Cleaners Customer Beware! “These people are very rude and un-professional. I was hesitant to use their services but I thought i would give them a chance. Boy did I make a big mistake. When I presented my dry cleaning ticket, they asked me if I remembered which items I brought in. I think that info is on the ticket, isn't it? They spent 10 minutes looking for my stuff and when they finally got it all together I noticed one of my shirts was ruined. They would accept absolutely no responsability for damaging my $72 (worn once) shirt. The owner even told me that he was offended that I was upset with his service. They even charged me for cleaning the shirt that they ruined. customer beware”
