  “I have gone through the drive-thru and taken my clothes inside. Either way, they are typically quick and courteous. I did once have a big truck parked in the drive-thru while he was inside. That is rudeness on the part of customers, not the business.”

  “I have found the opposite to be the case. I have been a customer of Briarcrest Cleaners for over 11 years and have found the owners to be very concerned about the care of their customers and the customers clothing. I recommend them to all in the BCS area.”

  “This dry cleaning service was appealing because it is located on Graham in the bank. It has a convient drive through service, but unfortunately, they choose whether they feel like coming out to get your clothes or not. I am not sure if it depends on the person working, but I have waited for 10 minutes several times for them to come out and get my clothes, so that I do not have to get my children out, but they choose to sit inside and not come out. They also do not say anything to customers who park and leave their cars in the drive through. I have had to back my car out of the drive through because a customer parked and left his car and was not told to move it. They have stolen items from us and are very rude. There are much better dry cleaners all over College Station, I would not recommend this one to anyone.”
