A A Immaculate Cleaning Services “Ronette offered to clean my house for 5.5 hours for $100. She cleaned for a total of 4+ cleanings. I asked her to switch up the cleaning schedule as I was hosting a party and wanted the house cleaned in time. She showed up at my home while I was at work and cleaned for a total of 3.5-4 hours. My mom was in town visiting and pointed out several things that Ronette had missed that I had noticed as well. I tried contacting Ronette several times. I finally got ahold of her and began to explain that I was upset with the way the house had been cleaned. She hung up on me and several attempts to contact her again led to being hung up on and lied to. I will NEVER use her service again and I am still in shock that something like that could happen. I don't feel as though I as unreasonable. Her handling of the whole affair leaves much to be desired. Given the way she handled everything my husband and I are now searching our home to make sure none of our valuables or money are missing.”

Continental Cleaners “Definitely do not go here. They charge $1.65 per piece, no matter what it is - my suggestion, charge a little more and do it right! They ruined a very expensive sweater set, because the tag didn't say that there was leather trim - anyone with eyes can see it on the set. They just kept cleaning it over and over, and the black marks just kept getting darker! I've never had this happen anywhere else, in the 3 years I've had it. They said that if another dry cleaner could get the dye out, they would reimburse me. Or they could cut the leather off and try again. Wow. I got home, and one of the sweaters I brought in had a large hole in the front. Multiple sweaters had balls all over them like they had been machine washed. Snags all over them too. None of the fabrics were soft anymore. And what a surprise, when I tried to call to talk about this, no one could ever help me and the owner was never around. I guess I learned my lesson, you get what you pay for. ”
