“Has horrible owner or manager. He is rude and does not like to resolve problems. He also threatened me when I stood up to him and told him the job wasnt done right.\n\nI dont know what this guys problem is but he needs to get off his high horse and realize he's running a business and the customer is always right. And if the customer is not right still you should work something out and not threaten your clients.\n\nI dont think this guy knows how to people like real human beings. I would never do business here, even if your a customer its just a matter of time before you get to see Mr. Hyde. ” -

“This dry cleaner is easily the best I have found. For every one bad complaint like the one I noticed here is probably hundreds or thousands of satisfied customers. Most of our office and neighborhood use this cleaner. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone should realize that some things cannot be avoided. If your item is messed up, I seriously doubt the business went out their way to hide it, but they know more than the customer when it is a manufacturer flaws in clothing, there are many manufacturer flaws that a dry cleaner cannot be held responsible for. Take the jacket back to the place you bought it or ask the dry cleaner to send it to IFA to get an analysis. You will get a definitive response that you can use for a refund from the manufacturer.” -

M'pressed Cleaners “One of the worst business experiences I ever had. Ruined a jacket and did not inform me of the mistake. When I came to pick up my jacket the clerk plopped the jacket down and asked for the money. She made no mention of the jacket being messed up. I noticed the stains all over the jacket and said I would not pay for the service as the jacket was 20 times worse than when I brought it in. The owner was out of town and kept calling to see if I had left. After talking with the owner and hearing several excuses about the situation and how they have no liability I was still told I had to pay for the whole bill. I offered to pay a portion of the bill but refused to pay the entire bill. The owner showed no remorse and said if I did not pay the total bill they would call the police on me. I ended up paying for the jacket but am very upset. I do not think you should have to pay for an article of clothing that is ruined. \nDo not trust this cleaner as they have no customer service or respect for customers. \n ”
